This lovely new skirt is made of pewter-colored with black polka-dot fabric. It is fully lined and has adorable grey and polka-dot tulle accent at the bottom.
It ties in a bow with a pretty ribbon at the top.
It has a matching pewter with tulle pin, sold seperately.
